Org Description: Anode Governance Lab (AGL) is a Bangalore based organisation that works towards strengthening local governance and enabling Gram Panchayats to function effectively. AGL’s building efforts leverage organisation development (OD) principles, which adopts a systemic view to change, associating with members of the Panchayat institution as participants and not recipients of change.

Our Role: Helm is supporting Anode Governance Lab with proposal design and strategic guidance for their initiatives with Gram Panchayats across India. We additionally provide fundraising support through editing grant proposals and outreach by connecting funding organisations to Anode Governance Lab.
