Borderless World Foundation (BWF) is a non-profit, non-governmental organization registered under India’s Societies Registration Act, 1860. Working in Jammu and Kashmir, along the conflict-riven border region in between India, Pakistan & China, BWF has rescued hundreds of girls orphaned in the conflict along the India-Pakistan border.

BWF strives toward a vision of “One Great Human Family” through a variety of activities, including disaster relief and emergency medical support for the community and rescuing hundreds of children left orphaned by the ongoing conflict and providing love, support, health care and education to help them grow into a generation of peacemakers.

Why It Caught Our Interest

Borderless World Foundation is led by Adhik Kadam, a social activist who has been working selflessly in Jammu and Kashmir for 20+ years. The organization’s work covers social work , healthcare, education, women’s empowerment, women’s hygiene, arts and culture, and poverty alleviation at the grassroots.

How We Work With Them

We are working with Borderless World Foundation currently to help them realize their goal of building a girls orphanage in Jammu. The project is a self owned building complex and the land asset costing 5.5 Crores of which 3 crores had been by the organization which has historically not been able to establish such a home. We are supporting until achieved the first home and plan to create more such homes across the Jammu and Kashmir Valley.

Going forward we are additionally looking towards leadership capacity building and organisation development works to help BWF become an international institution receiving the support and recognition they deserve.
