WORKSHOP ON COMPREHENSIVE JOURNALISM

Whether you work in text or visuals, how do you make your journalistic output comprehensive and free of holes? How do you please your editor with the depth of your reportage? These questions will be answered in this journalism workshop.
We will go through the basics of a tool for reporters developed by William Blundell at the Wall Street Journal newspaper. Further reading will also be suggested.
About the resourceperson: Suhit Kelkar has over ten years of journalism experience, both as a reporter and a text editor. His journalistic writings have appeared in Caravan, Open, Al Jazeera Online, Friday Magazine (Gulf News) and others. As a staffer he has worked with Daily News and Analysis, Hindustan Times and others.
Intended audience: Journalists with 0-5 years of experience. Journalism students welcome.
